Returns & Exchanges

At Dilly Dally Kids, we want your little ones to love their new outfits, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and undergarments are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
